About the band:
Based in Bucks County, PA, and Mercer County, NJ, indie rock band “Better View” is comprised of Joe Guarino (guitar, vocals), Steve Guarino (drums, vocals), Jeff Sawyer (guitar, vocals), and Dan Claro (bass, vocals). Their debut album, entitled “Making Plans”, is a collection of ten melodic rock tunes that recall the guitar-driven, hook-filled melodies of the vinyl records of the 60’s and 70’s.
Their songs have been described as classic rock meets indie rock.
The band’s primary influences include The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Beach Boys, Neil Young, Elvis Costello and XTC. More recent influences include The Shins, Oasis and Wilco.
Better View is currently working on their second album. Their first album can be heard on Amazon Music, Spotify, etc.… They can be seen and heard live at indie music venues in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
